PDF to Word conversion cannot perfectly rebuild every complex layout, since that is impossible for any tool. Enhancement and heavy photo editing are bounded by what browser libraries can do. We state these limits clearly on each tool rather than pretending they do not exist, so you know what to expect before you start.
